You may request a record of your transaction for up to 90 days after which we will not be obligated to keep any records of your transactions.
DISPUTES:
In the event of any dispute of any nature whatsoever arising between the parties on any matter provided for in, or arising out of this agreement, such a dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in terms of the expedited rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Johannesburg in English.
VALUE ADDED TAX:
Value added tax at the rate of 14% is charged on all goods.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment to us will be made by way of credit card (Master Card, Visa, Diners Club or American Express), debit card, via Monster Pay or SID, cash or bank transfer. No cheque deposits will be accepted.
Security Policy
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Trek and Travel suffers any damage or loss.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trek & Travel do not offer refunds for their subscription services. There are no refunds for a period for which billing has already occurred. You may however cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel it, please inform us in writing via e-mail, fax or post – see our Contact Details. Once your cancellation has been accepted you subscription will not be renewed.
